1. Introduction

ReelGame.gg ("ReelGame", "we", "our", "us") is an online platform operated by Assist.wtf, offering automated AI-powered video analysis and highlight clip generation for gameplay footage. By accessing or using ReelGame.gg, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. About ReelGame.gg

ReelGame.gg provides tools that allow users to upload gameplay footage, which is processed using automated systems to detect highlight moments and generate shorter video clips. These clips may be stored for a limited period and may be used by ReelGame for automated posting to official ReelGame social media accounts.

ReelGame does not provide user-controlled posting to TikTok or other platforms. All automated posting is performed exclusively by ReelGame's authorised internal accounts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReelGame.gg. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts & Access

Some features may require you to provide an email address or use a credit-based payment system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide.

We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion.

5. User Obligations

By using ReelGame.gg, you agree that:

• You have the rights or permissions to upload any video content you provide.
• Your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights.
• You will not upload harmful, malicious, or illegal content.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, manipulate, or disrupt the service.

6. Uploaded Content & Licence

By uploading video content to ReelGame.gg, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to:

• Process, analyse, and edit the content through automated systems.
• Store the content and resulting clips for up to 30 days.
• Use the resulting clips for automated posting to ReelGame's official social media accounts (e.g., TikTok, Instagram).

This licence is solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your original uploads.

7. Storage & Retention

Uploaded footage and generated clips are stored securely for 30 days. After 30 days, all stored video content is deleted automatically from our systems. Internal system logs, error logs, and analytics may be retained for longer periods for operational and security purposes but do not include your video files once deleted.

8. Payments & Credits

ReelGame.gg operates a pay-per-clip credit system. Purchasing credits grants you access to automated processing features. Credits:

• Are non-refundable unless required by law.
• May expire after periods defined on our pricing or product pages.
• Cannot be resold or transferred without our consent.

Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

9. Intellectual Property

ReelGame.gg, including its name, branding, algorithms, text, images, and software, is owned or licensed by Assist.wtf. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ReelGame.gg to:

• Upload copyrighted content you do not have rights or permissions to use.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or any illegal activities.
• Attempt to access non-public systems, data, or infrastructure.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance of the platform.

11. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

We comply with applicable copyright laws and accept DMCA-style takedown notices. Copyright holders may submit a complaint to:

• Your full name and contact information.
• Identification of the infringing content (URL or clear description).
• Proof of ownership of the copyrighted material.

12. Third-Party Platforms

ReelGame integrates with third-party services such as TikTok, Meta (Instagram), and analytics providers. By using ReelGame, you acknowledge that:

• These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
• ReelGame may send processed clips to official ReelGame accounts on such platforms.
• No user-controlled posting to these platforms occurs through ReelGame.gg.

13. Service Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features or the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReelGame.gg is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of AI detection or editing.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service.
• That any defects or issues will be corrected.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assist.wtf and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of ReelGame.gg.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for credits or services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ReelGame.gg shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
